About this role
We’re looking for a passionate and driven person to join MultiBioCrop, a science-based agri-biotech startup developing natural biological solutions that replace chemical fertilizers and pesticides.
You’ll lead the business development, marketing, and growth strategy of the company. Your main responsibilities include shaping go-to-market plans, connecting with potential customers, distributors, and investors, organizing meetings and events, and helping define our commercial roadmap.
We value creativity, communication, and initiative over formal titles. You’ll work closely with the founding scientific team to translate innovation into real market impact.
This is a part-time, flexible, equity-based position with the potential to evolve into a full-time executive role as the company grows. If you’re excited by sustainable agriculture and want to help build something meaningful from the ground up — we’d love to meet you.
